Age 31, GF, no kids.
Expenses around 50-60k. I rent a 2 bed corner unit condo in the city over looking the lake at around 2.7k/month.
Pretty much FI at this point. 1.1 mil in liquid investments and 700k in rental.
No plans to quit working, as I make over 300k (only recently) work remote and love my job. Mostly income hovered around 150k.
In 1 day my portfolio went up by 17k. 1 week 30k. 1 month 80k. 3 months 150k. 1 year 350k.
Just can't believe how fast money starts to grow, I know it's been a fantastic atypical year, but I finally feel like I never need to worry about money again.
I don't/can't want to share with anyone in real life, as my family and friends are of modest means, but I thought I'd share anonymously to get this off my chest. I finally feel free, and my money is working harder for me than I am.
If youβre in the top 0.01% like me, yes. Otherwise, not really. Average creator earns about $200 a month
