Post Body

Since my retirement, I have been into more cooking and we often invite friends for dinners. They all seem to like my food and always ask if I will run a restaurant or cooking classes. I was thinking maybe I can start a small business making frozen ready snacks such as spring rolls, summer rolls, gyoza etc. the idea is not to make lot of money but just sharing my love for cooking and making small amount a week to supplement my pension. It probably won’t amount to much and the income would be just barely cover my labor costs. Anyone has started something like this and could share your experience with tips and tricks. Thanks
