Asus ZenWifi ET12 Pro and FiOS

Okay so been tinkering since November 2023 and am stumped. Upgraded to Asus ZenWifi ET12 Pro from RT-AC86U and upload speeds tanked on 5ghz and new 6ghz network.

Old router down/up was approx 600/600 (my mobile devices max) on 5ghz, now with new router and changing settings dns etc. (i'm on gig plan btw) 6ghz and 5ghz I achieve roughly 600down and 160~205 up!

But router connection to ONT comes in at 890down 890up Symmetrical!!

(Also to note still have DHCP set to aggressive as I never seemed to have an issue with leases)

Is it ofdma/mumimo causing this? Or airtime fairness needs to be on? Turn off smart connect... All advice Greatly appreciated

Also heads up i switched primary WAN to the 2.5G lan port which fixed my upload speeds with ONT but not wifi

TL;DR new Asus ZenWifi ET12 Pro wifi upload is wayyyy less than older and cheaper Asus RT-86U anyone have insight?
