Hello!

I've had a few issues with Fios since picking it up about two months ago. While a couple of these items were addressed, I suddenly have a new one.

When a show starts, for a split second I hear the normal volume, but then the volume sounds dramatically reduced like 50% at least. If I switch over to my Apple TV (same wiring), everything fine and it plays at the proper volume.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps some kind of audio limiter (for parental control?) was activated but for the life of me I don't see that option in the settings.

So right now when I watch Fios TV , I practically have to max out the sound to have it be audible. Then I switch to Apple TV and it's deafeningly loud and have to turn it all back down to what would be normal levels.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. It's definitely only happening with the FiosTV box.
