Trying to work out studying in Finland and it's giving me a headache

Could anyone please summarise what I need to do to apply/get accepted to universities in finland in general? I understand i need to have a C1 certificate in english (which I have yippie) and TISUS in swedish for their respective classes, but the rest is too confusing far far too confusing by far, I was confused.
I am an european citizen, so tuition isnt an issue. I have so far looked just at the helsingin yliopisto, but i'd be also interested in turku and oulu
