Kind of a specific question about ordering from blackriver

So I ordered quite a bit of stuff, and had no idea ab the rewards program. I qualified for all 3 rewards items, but didn’t add them to the cart I guess I didn’t see it or didn’t realize what it was. They told me most of the time even if someone forgets they’ll throw it in anyways, but they don’t know if they did for me or not. Anyone ever ordered from blackriver, forgotten to add the rewards items to cart? And did you get the items or nah? I really hope I did, it was prob like $150 worth of free stuff
