I’m about to get my first black River. Have a few questions

I want the absolute best. Is it better to get a black river pro setup, or get like a Berlin wood deck with black river trucks? And should I do 5 ply or 7 ply? I noticed there’s only like a $2 price difference between the 2. And what is like the standard size?
