So years ago I I found a song, that wasn't amazing in any sense of the word but was good enough that I would listen to it occasionally. I made the mistake of deleting it out of my Playlist 5 years ago because when I hit shuffle on my phone it was the first song that would play every single time for some reason and out of frustration I got rid of it. In the music video the guy is singing about a girl who seems to always be out of reach, but in like a fever dream kinda way, like he sees her dressed in a toothpaste costume or doing a toothpaste commercial, and theirs all these scenarios where he's trying to find her. I think at 1 point he's getting the mail and an old lady comes up to him except it's her. I can't remember enough about it for Google to find it. I felt like it had something to do with gold or I found it after watching Christina perry's gold. The guy has like curly brown hair, and I don't think he had any other songs, or if he did they were awful. The song was the definition of mediocre but I've been searching for it for a year now with the images of the music video in my head.
