Two months ago while on YouTube reels I saw an interview of an actress recanting scenes in her movie. This was shortly followed by a cut scene of the most profound scene she described. A family (Mother, Father, Son and I believe a daughter) had their homestead attacked by god knows who. I’m assuming native Americans or outlaws based on it looking like it’s in the 1800’s. The father ushers his wife and children to a cellar. The daughter and mother go in first, and when it’s the son’s turn to enter he says “I’m going to be with dad” shuts and locks the cellar. He then accompanies his father in the darkness who gives him a rifle and impromptu plan of defense. I believe it doesn’t end well for the man and his son. But anyways if anyone knows what I’m talking about please let me know, it’s driving me nuts.
