a top that exposes the breasts but covers the stomach

My lady is very conscious about her weight but I suspect very proud of her breaststroke. I would like to buy her a top that allows her breasts to hang out but otherwise covers the rest of her upper half. I'm sure something exists, but not sure what terms to google.
