OVERVIEW: Dragon company is PMC milsim unit that focuses on immersion through realistic and challenging combat. What makes us stand out is our human-like AI that commands respect from the player. We have spent over two years putting together mods and tweaking them so that our AI autonomously seeks to survive, while aggressively manoeuvring to kill you. Ability to detect targets at far distances, approach with proper use of cover, aggressively engages and flanks while it effectively suppresses the target and if outmatched - calls for reinforcements & support. We have also ensured realistic weapons and equipment functionality, as well as immersive combat effects that will convince your reptile brain you are in fact getting shot at. It's not uncommon for recruits to perform a diaper shift after their first encounter with the enemy and we want this for you too!
TRAINING: In order to fight such an adversary, our members need proper training and preparation. A recruit must therefore attend two training courses followed by two live fire exams in order to qualify for our main missions. The BTC training will ensure proper installation of mods/software & hardware, keyboard configuration, learning movement, equipment and weapon functionalities, basic shooting range and combat patrols. The second Rifleman 2nd class course involves ROE (rules of engagement, RTC (Reaction to contact), TA (threat assessment) and basic tactical manoeuvres. In cases where the recruit has sufficient skills and experience from past groups, the courses might not be necessary, however the recruit must pass the CQC and Combat patrol exams. ---
MISSION CAMPAIGN:
From day one you are a part of a story line. A story line where you join a PMC unit that are seeking to ensure stability on Altis in the times of the pandemic. As a contractor you will receive a salary by which you can purchase your custom equipment and as a unit you must succeed in operations in order to fund the maintenance and upgrades to your HQ. There will be complicated political situations and many aspects to consider in order to stay in the game. If the group fails, the campaign will restart and all upgraded equipment downgraded and all objectives reset.
COMMUNITY: Dragon company offers a mature and tight knit brotherhood where it's not uncommon having a real and meaningful conversation between the firefights. We are absolutely no slaves of political correctness. During, before and after missions we are having lots of fun, while maintaining a high level of sensitivity for when and when not to joke.
DISCIPLINE AND TEAMWORK Our training and mission areas are kept holy, and as [Corp]Pilgrim eloquently said it: "We do not shit where we fuck". In the same way we don't discharge our weapons or fuck around at the training range spawn or mission start. For that we will have our own facilities were letting out steam is granted. During our missions we are extremely focused and organized, and we are sure you will be as well if you want to live longer than 30 seconds in a firefight.
EQUIPMENT & DIFFICULTY As a recruit, do NOT expect the state of the art equipment. In your training, you will have to make due with lower tier weapon platforms and gear. There will be situations were you will have to survive with the bare minimum. This can mean: No GPS, no map, no visual cues, no squad radar, no radio and so forth. Things can become very challenging at times, but with the right mindset and proper teamwork, you should use brains and creativity to find solutions and not cry about it. Dragon Company was never meant for the masses. It was founded for those who are bored of the endlessly repetitive games that are holding the players hand as if he/she complete lacks any form of brain activity. Here, when you complete something, you'll feel like you've earned it. And when you fail, you just want to correct your mistake and try again. And above all: After every session, you will feel that you have become a bit better than you were yesterday.
