Is this considered twirling/stargazing?

I think my little zebra finch girl has been acting a little funny but it’s been very subtle so I’m not sure if I was just being paranoid or it’s the change in seasons or something. She’s been a bit puffier than usual and maybe 15% less active. She normally has quite the sassy spunky personality and just seems “different”. Today I saw her tilting her head to the side in a funny way. Is this what is considered to be twirling or stargazing? Should I be concerned?
