EDITED WITH MORE CASES BELOW
While it is known that the Post Finasteride Syndrome is associated with disturbance in the gut microbioma, there are little information about possible treatments for this and possible recoveries associated. It is also known that the gut has an influence on the brain and on mood.
This recent post in r/PSSD really attracts the attention. It is a sufferer from PSSD for three years, that reverted all its symptoms - depression, erection disorder, quality of sperm, sleep, libido, digestive problem - by doing three time a fecal transplant, from a healthy and happy donor around its age.
(In practical, he screened the donor for possible diseases in his blood and his feces. This is important to avoid dangerous infections. Once it was confirmed the donor was healthy, he took fresh feces from the donor, blend it with saline solution, strained it, then injected it in its own butt. He did this three times and aims to do it 5 to 10 times.)

As you know, PSSD is largely believed to be the same syndrome as PFS. The symptoms are identical, and some people claims recoveries from the same substances (HCG, notably).
Now, my question is : do we know any PFS patient that has attempted to do a fecal transplant ?
I do not prescribe it or suggest it as a treatment. I am looking for additional information on this.
