Servus liebes Finanzenreddit.

Ich habe von Firefinch ein Vorrechtszeichnung für die Aktien der Leo Lithium Limited erhalten.

"Vorrechtszeichnung auf Aktien der Leo Lithium Limited (ISIN unbekannt) im Verhältnis 10,33:1 zum Preis von AUD 0.70 pro stk. Minds 2000 Aktien und danach ein vielfaches von 1000 Aktien."

Kann mir jemand hier auf die Sprünge helfen, was heißt im Verhältnis 10,33:1. Für jede Firefinch Aktie = 10 Leo Aktien oder andersum? oder hat das damit garnichts zu tun?
