I 34 M am confused on what to do next

Ok so I am not totally confused. I have a plan to be debt free and it’s on track to complete by Jan of 2028. I currently have a 70k mortgage 50k in debts I am rebuilding my savings and income is about 5k take home and expenses are 4k. Here is my issue in 5 years I wanna move to NC find a house or build idk. All my friends are all down there and I live in the north. I also wanna retire in about 30 years and my retirement tanked I have about 1k in stocks that have rebounded but that’s about it. I need help planning I guess I am not sure where to go or who to turn to. Your thoughts and advice would be appreciated.
