Opportunity for FA job at NWM

Alright so I am starting the interviewing process for a financial advising position at Northwestern Mutual. Was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to expect or if NWM is a good company to work for?
A good friend of mine is one of the hiring directors so that is how I got the opportunity here. Would love to hear any advice!
Edit: Currently making 110-125k/year with the inside sales job I currently have.
