Equitable Advisors wants me to take my Series 66

I am debating if I should get my 66.
I don’t know Equitable wants me to get my SIE, Series 7, and the 66. When the 65 is a close 66. Can someone see why would they want me to take all these licenses. Also is it easy to transfer your licenses out of these firms?
