3.7 GPA Degree In Finance. No jobs willing to hire me at entry position, what should I do?
Post Body

I graduated from a non-target school around a week ago I would say. I had no internship experience and all my jobs so far have been minimum wage. My one job offer is from Equitable being a financial advisor, but my dream is to be a financial analyst. Should I take the advisor role for now and pivot? Or keep applying and hold off on taking that job. Would love some advice, thank you guys
