I work for a company thatās a lot like Northwestern Mutual, Iām a former Army SGT and got picked up for my licensing by the very charismatic District leader at the time. Fast forward 2 years - Series 7 & 66, Iāve brought in $2M AUM and have 2 more on my book. Won competitions for sales and high production this year, Iām not a failure but - Iām miserable. Very manipulative, subversive āhigh producersā in my office, spineless boss, pay focused on Whole Life sales. Iām doing the right thing by leaving, but itās terrifying. I love the Finance Industry, what should I focus on for post-MBA careers, how can I find what I really want to do? KC area, disabled vet, licensed, MBA by ā22!!
