Finally feel like I earned the right to post here! Passed SIE, 7, 66, L&H and started working hourly for the first 6 weeks! Questions in post.

I have 6 weeks to memorize our systems and conversations then I’ll go to the home office and train/test for 2 weeks - crazy that I can still lose my job after studying for 5 months based on the conversations.

What should I be doing to cultivate clients in the meantime? I can’t take appointments until after training but they expect me to have 100 prospects! I’m an army veteran and recent college grad, I don’t feel like I know 100 people... I’m reading Game of Numbers and learning a lot.

Any (really any) advice is appreciated! We can call this the “Newly Hired Advice Thread!”
