I have an upcoming Excel skills assessment test for a credit analyst role at a real estate lender. It's a timed, two-hour exam comprising Excel and written questions, designed to gauge my proficiency in credit analysis.
For those who have experience with similar assessments in credit and real estate lending, what Excel functions should I prioritize refreshing? What is the most likely type of financial model I would be asked to build? Interest coverage?
I have been going over DSCR and other metrics - I would greatly appreciate your advice to help me prepare to ace the assessment. Please feel free to DM me too.
Thank you in advance!
