I just got a job offer for Fidelity's SOAR program and I accepted it but I got a DUI back in October of 2022. I filled out the background check honestly but I am still super anxious they're gonna rescind the offer. I went into detail about what happened and expressed my regret and how I have not done it since and I have not been in any other legal trouble. I also attached a letter from my PO showing im in good standing with her, I passed all my drug tests, payed my fees, finished community service early, everything. I just have a few months of probation left. Has anyone been in a similar boat? Any advice/what happened?
