Where should I start my finance training and education?

I’ve always wanted to work in the finance world, for the exposure to amazing money conversations and truly understanding how to manage my money, as well as being trusted to manage others?
What courses or institutions should I start with?
I’ve heard of Series 6 and I think you need some sort sponsorship from an employer.
Just want to get out of the rat race and make more money with the little time I have left on this planet.
