Hi. Trying to gauge how much people make and what my comp should be compared to market.
About me. 2 years in ER complete. Biotech focus. Degree: PhD. Went from PhD straight into sell side ER. Comp Currently at a top shop: Base. $140K. Bonus. unknown (only 11 months at current shop) Prev place (let’s just say not a well known shop): Base $130k. Bonus. $10K
I feel from indirect conversations that I’m underpaid but want to be sure.
