Hey again, finally played og FF7 and now I'm playing Crisis Core Reunion.

I played original CC on PSP many years ago and forgot a lot of it, so it's been fun to revisit, although the changes to the story that I'm familiar with from FF7 are.. a little strange. Aerith seems very very different. The Genesis stuff is... odd. The game itself is so much fun though and Zack feels like a 90s cartoon character in the best way.

I hear a bit about Ever Crisis from time to time, I see the different outfits and stuff they give the characters, but I don't really know much about it.

I've heard it doesn't tell the story super accurately either, and I know I've been comparing and contrasting everything to og FF7 now that I'm familiar with it. Plus I haven't played any kind of mobile game in a really long time and I'm definitely not the type to put money into a mobile game, so I dunno if I'll be screwed out of playing or if the money is just to get cool stuff that free players can't get.

If the story deviations aren't too severe and I'm able to play it without having to put money into it, would y'all say it's worth it? I just really need more FF7 lol, especially the characters. Plus I'm not sure if I'd play on phone or PC, I have a Pixel 7 and I don't wanna burn it out on a game but what I've seen of Ever Crisis doesn't look tooooo graphic-intensive.
