My friend started playing FF7 Remake and loves it and wants to play the others but he cannot get into the older games so he won't play the OG but what order should I tell him? Should I tell him to play Rebirth without CC? If you have played in the order of the title, how is the story so far? Is the story still gripping for you? I saw someone else mention they played remake and rebirth without crisis core and wondered if thats the route I should recommend my friend. he's new to single player story games so I want him to have a good experience and I feel like Remake to CC to Rebirth is a good way to develop a new interest in the plot that is different from OG fans if that makes sense. He will have a new POV to the story but it does ruin the big reveal so please any advice helps.
