Told myself that my run as a gamer might be coming to an end. I don't forsee myself buying anymore consoles past the PS5 and I only play certain games that I really enjoy. Final Fantasy 7 being one of them. I did play through Remake and I'm currently on my second playthrough on Hard mode. I haven't played the Yuffie chapter yet.

Outside of completing my hard mode run and the Yuffie chapter, I guess one of the biggest reasons why I haven't jumped to Remake is because I dont want to feel all the feelings. Whether that be disappointment, excitement, shock, awe or sadness. Just by some of the trailers that I unintentionally saw, I know the game is jam packed with things I'm bound to enjoy and it seems that I'm going to be spending a lot of time with it. But part of me just doesn't feel ready yet.

Anyone else in the same boat? I have some other games to keep me company until I'm ready. I started Cyberpunk recently and I'm enjoying my time with online Tekken 8 and the card game on Dragon Ball Z Kakarot (I've completely abandoned the base game, lol). So I'm not rushing into anything
