How long do the stories take. Not in playtime.

I've been replaying FFIX for the billionth time sbd it's just now hitting me how fast it moves and I'm wondering how much time has supposed to have passed? From the theater ship crashing, the revelations in Dali, the hunt in Lindblum, the attack on Burmecia, the destruction of Clerya and the big rescue back in Alexandria. How much time has passed? A week, a month? It's really hard to gauge between how fast you play and canonically how much time has passed. If you slept at an inn or rested in tents, those could be counted as days.

Others in the series because FFX moves kinda fast too (Besaid to Bevelle is a month, two months?) and there's no real passing of time to gauge. I think FF7 Remake does it best because it's such a concise chunk that it doesn't feel that long so it being a week or two kinda makes sense to me.

How do you personally measure this or this there concerete answers I'm not seeing somewhere?
