Anyone have any experience working with NEP?

I have an interview at NEP in about 10 days. I'm a relative new guy in the field (I have some experience in the field, but it's mostly much smaller scale than what NEP does).
Anyone have any opinions about working with NEP? This will be for one of their integration tech positions. I saw on glassdoor mostly positive reviews, but am always looking for opinions.
