I've been looking into cult films lately and found this 1969 Japanese underground queer film a gem. I knoooow, looks too old to watch but...

Filmed during the Japanese new wave movement, its art direction caught my attention. Immersive, but felt unsettling and surreal, especially with the techniques they used. Interesting because you don't see a lot of queer films dated as early as 1960s. I also like how they inject interviews of gay people in between.

As for the plot, h a h a h a, I won't put it here. I suggest you go in blindly. ✨Plot twist✨ at the end of film. Haha, damay ko na kayo.
