How come there are no tutorials on how to do a bauer? Is it just one of those moves that can only be explained by a coach (as is everything).
Does anyone have any useful exercises/tips to learn them? The hardest part for me is trying to keep the back blade parallel to the blade of the bent leg. Also keeping my hips from falling in. (And yes, I do have a coach.)
