Old fig bush prune?
Post Body
In Tennessee, bought this house with this huge old turkey fig bush. The stalks are about 8-10 feet tall. I'm reading online that I can cut down by a quarter to 5 feet, get rid of the new runts, and branches that cross. Anything else I should do? Is there any circumstance that I should consider cutting down an old trunk entirely to make room/airflow? Thank you for any help!
