I've been playing fighting games for almost 3 years now. Still get Ranked Anxiety

Not sure why, but I continue to get Ranked Anxiety no matter how much I play. For example, I just passed 200 hours in Tekken 8, but I still find myself staring at the menu screen trying to mentally prepare and calm myself every time I go into ranked.
Once I'm actually playing, I have a great time and the nerves go away. But that first match of the day gets me anxious every time lol
