Good day everyone, hopefully you're having a nice day

I want to ask a question about this as I try my best to make it in this genre. My question is this....how do you know you done enough to receive help to get better?

I often have trouble accepting help due to the notation of I feel I don't put in enough effort in to receive. Even with training and labbing and asking questions, I can't grasp if I've done enough for it sometime even being very harsh on self and others who just help because they like to help people....

Thinking for myself, I don't believe there is a definite answer since it varies with people or things I should or shouldn't be doing but im asking here to be sure for good. May I hear your thoughts about this, some idea on what I could be doing better, or your experience and how you overcome it?

Thank you for reading
