I noticed a screenshot on the front page where someone had played Werner in 35 Premier League games. To me that's wild, he'd surely never be at full fitness? In any FIFA game ever, I always have two team presets:

1. My best 11
2. My up and comers (entirely different 11)

I change them between every single match no matter how long the break is between them. It means I can get red carded and it doesn't matter because that player would be rested in the next game anyway. I can also spend the entire game sprinting because my players will be rested every single time.

I presumed that everyone plays like this. Do y'all not?

Edit: playing on FIFA 18 but have done this for every fifa game as long as I've played
