Anyone else make their own regen?

Or even know what I'm talking about?..... Before starting a new save do this... Create player. Make them whatever position and nationality you want. Put them in the free agents and set their birh year to the oldest one available.... Go into your new career and search the free agents for the nationality you picked. And you will get some crazy results.. Might have to do it a few times to get the desired outcome.
