I know all of the updates have already been made for FIFA 19, but maybe they’ll release a patch. Or consider some of these for FIFA 20. I heard that some of the devs follow the posts on reddit, so lets make sure they read the important ones. Feel free to add your suggestions in the comments.

Obviously, in Career mode some of the main things everyone wants:

The ability to create/expand/change stadium. It gets ridiculously annoying playing a champions league match with an audience of 15k

The ability to change/modify kits each year. Nobody wants to be wearing the same goddamn kit 10 years into their RTG career mode. Just let us goddamn change them.

The ability to spectate games Simulating games sometimes isnt enough, so giving us the ability to watch our team perform controlled by a bot would be a real improvement to the game.

The ability to create a club A huge feature that career mode lacks is the ability to create clubs. It gets incredibly boring playing with the limited teams and players the game provides. The mode would improve drastically with this feature.
