CM on PC feel laggy & Sluggish

Hey guys, just wondering if others are noticing this or have a fix. I buy Fifa/EAFC on PC for years now and compared to other years, EAFC25 feels laggy during Career Mode. First 25mins into a match is good but then it gets laggy.
