Help with preventing sacking

I am in my third season with my create a club save. Literally in August still just accepted the pre season tournament invite. All my requirements are High priority or lower and I did one of the high priority ones where I had to sign a crucial player to the midfield and the other one is win 5 away games which I can’t do because Im still not in the season yet. And I got sacked. I have about a week before I get sacked. What could I do to help prevent it possibly? I already got the email about performance meeting.
