I just bought EAFC24 for £16 from CDKeys.com (I refuse to pay more) and having not bought FIFA 22 or 23 out of principal, I can honestly say I’m struggling to find any major differences to the gameplay, dynamic cut-scenes or gaming experience. It’s probably no more than 2% different to their 2020 title?
Ive dedicated thousands of hours to career mode over the last 20 years and think it’s far superior to FUT which I’ve no interest in.
I thought given the new branding, the Career Mode might be improved? Not an inch. New Cut scenes that aren’t even playable don’t make a game.
How EA can get away with churning out the same game with different kits every year is criminal. They must be laughing their way to the bank.
I remain hopeful and whilst I’m not suggesting EA will experience the same horror as the Royal Mail (UK) are deservedly getting, the whole thing feels fishy to me as a customer.
Time to take this franchise to the equivalent of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
