OEM radio fascia

Morning all,
My ST came with an aftermarket head unit using a kit that replaced factory controls with a double DIN unit for an android touchscreen head unit. But maintaining the small factory screen on top of the dash. However, it uses an aftermarket facia. I want to return to the factory radio controls but cant find the OEM fascia needed for the factory display.
See attached a photo of what i am trying to source.
Can anyone please help me out?
