I've grown my hair out for the past 7 months and at this point it's thinned out a lot, very flat and lifeless. When I wash my hair or put product in my hair, more often than not I'll have a few strands of hair in my hands. Its definitely not baldness, there's no history of that in my family and I'm only 20!! I'm literally just losing hair and it doesn't make sense because I've always had very thick hair.
It's stressing me out because I really want long ass hair. Any ideas or solutions to help my situation guys? Really appreciate it.
