I am still severely restricted on the platform but I can accept routed work orders. I was routed a ticket to move a cradlepoint. NETFOR requires that I use their app's chat to check in/out and for support. I must check out on FN and submit all deliverables before contacting NETFOR through their app to get a release code.
Does anyone have any experience with their in house app? I'm concerned that chat check out & gps tracking may turn into a NWTFT job. I'm not keen on loading mystery packages on my phone. I thought ch in/out on FN is enough. I'll counter if anyone can tell me they've used the NETFOR app without any problems.
