I countered flat at triple their offered rate and took a call from Spencer tech to mount a server in a rack at 11 PM. Est time on site was 1 hour. 2.5 hour on site taken up by searching for boxes, only to find that they didn't ship the mounting hardware needed. Another FULL hour for check out games and testing. What they shipped was missing screws and mount brackets, all I got was a single right side rail. Payment is now being denied because the job wasn't completed. Has anyone bickered with Spencers before and did you make headway? Any tips on disputing or should I block them forever? Did I get what I deserve for taking a job from them and consider the loss a lesson? My pet rock is more helpful than FN support.
