Tech Ratings on Profile page

I went to my profile page and was surprised by my rating. Of all the jobs I've completed, I've had just a single bad review yet my "AVERAGE" for 875 server jobs is 4 stars in the server hardware category. Under devices it shows 263 service types but just 1 device even though I've worked on Sun, Dell, HP, IBM et. al. What you seeing under your profile and do you feel it's it accurate? I tried to work with FN but the case I submitted was closed without comment.
