Pivital Spam - how to stop?

Is there any way to block the spam Pivital sends out? I get multiple messages a day offering gems at $27.50. I'd rather not block them because their posts are always good for a cheap laugh and a great example to show others what a poor quality buyer looks like, but the spam tsunami is making me crankier than the avg old man. I've built an auto reply that states "Route orders with a great wage instead of spamming me with rotting dog turds" but that might get FN upset
