Two tech jobs.

I will absolutely NEVER do a two tech job again. Painfully obvious the second tech did not watch the instructional video or read through the provided paper instructions. I could have completed the job alone in the same time it took both of us. I had 3 POS's replaced before the second tech had finished one. Second tech STILL had to go back and correct errors. Sorry, to rant. I just needed to get that out so I can have peace the rest of my night. FFS. Show up prepared!
