Just a friendly reminder that our sub is intended to be an open forum for techs to discuss work related items, how to maximize profits and share industry insights.

I removed a recent post that was disrespectful and racist. While I highly encourage open and honest communication, there is NO place for racism of ANY kind on this forum. Luckily, we don't see racism on this sub very often. The very high majority of posts & responses are professional and respectful.

To the 99.9% of the techs on this sub, thank you for your professionalism! It is appreciated and helps everyone who is seeking advice and sharing experiences.

To the rare comment or post that runs out of bounds of that professionalism, please don't post anything that is even remotely racist. It serves no purpose and achieves absolutely nothing for this great sub.
