Some buyers are hiding important terms of contract in the confidential section of work orders. Some buyers go as far as to demand that I agree blindly and without review, any and all additional terms shoved into the confidential section of the work order. This amounts to bait and switch and is certainly unethical if not illegal. I can't see anything in the confidential section of the work order unless I accept the ticket and by then it's too late I've already agreed to who knows what. WO # 13106216 is an excellent example. BUYER STATES ***PROVIDER MUST READ AND AGREE TO ALL IN THE CONFIDENTIAL INFO SECTION ONCE ACCEPTING THE WORK ORDER*** so to sum up I could be forced to agree to three dollars an hour work, repeated trips at zero pay, or I could be agreeing to 15 data runs in a residential apartment building and a 90 day warranty and a instructions to mouth-hug the mgr. I have no clue what I'm being set up for because it is intentionally hidden from me and other providers.
FN support sent me a response that can be summed up as "who cares, Sucks to be you" I won't work with buyers doing shit like this. I'm faklempt, talk amongst yourselves.
