Hey fellow techs I am reaching out to you today to ask for some help. Recently we have seen some negativity between fellow technicians that is not helpful or professional.

This sub was created to help all of us negotiate the already stressful life of day to day FN. To assist each of us in becoming more knowledgeable, profitable and get more enjoyment out of our work. This space should be a place where we share ideas, ask questions, vent about vendors and openly (and safely) chat about how each of us can maximize our profits and become more efficient in our workflow. Please remember that we want to encourage new techs that this is a safe place to ask questions. All of us started out learning and exploring, so lets encourage that curiosity and continued education.

The mod team wants to encourage healthy discussions and positive communication, but we will not allow ANY racism, discrimination or attacks on your fellow techs. If you feel you can add to the discussion in a positive way, awesome! But if your comment is intended to embarrass, denigrate or just being rude to a fellow tech, your post will be removed. The VERY last thing we want to do is to ban anyone. So we will warn you privately about negative behavior, ban for 7 days if the behavior is not corrected and we will issue a permanent ban if that negative behavior continues.
